A young Nigerian man has allegedly sold his kidney just so he can get the newly released iPhone worth over N1.4 million.
The boy who is a student of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), is said to have bought an iPhone 14 after the sale.
It was gathered that he bought the expensive phone for his girlfriend because of the extent of his love for her.
A photo collage making the rounds on social media shows him holding an iPhone while displaying his belly with a plaster on the right side of his close to where the kidney is meant to be.

Meanwhile, Nigerian socialite, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, recently splashed over a million Naira on the newly released iPhone 14.
The crossdresser took to his verified Instagram page on Saturday to share the news with fans as he showed off the phone.
Bobrisky splashed a whopping sum of N1.45 million on the smartphone which only a few people in the world have been able to buy.
He shared a video of him unboxing the phone and accompanied it with a receipt of ownership.
The male barbie celebrated his latest purchase and stated that he is already waiting for the iPhone 15 to be released.
Sharing the clip, Bob wrote; “Finally got my iPhone 14 Bad btch vibe, thank you I got my phone. We are waiting for iPhone 15 lol.”
In other news, an up-and-coming singer, Deeman has by his action appealed to the emotions of social media users.
The young guy who is now an internet sensation, took to TikTok to celebrate after being gifted his first iPhone which happens to be a fairly used one.
Deeman revealed that when he started showing off his craft by uploading videos online people often made fun of him because of the poor quality.
He said that the story changed after God answered his prayer through a good Samaritan who blessed him with a UK used iPhone.
In a video he recorded, the king of covers could be seen unboxing the smartphone while wearing a joyful look. He revealed that the device is his first iPhone ever.
