Nollywood histrion, Kemi Afolabi is reportedly hospitalised in Makkah, Asian nation wherever she has gone for the annual hadj.

She was same to possess been rush to the hospital last weekday when falling sick thanks to the strain related to the hadj.

The Nation reports that Afolabi has been showing symptoms of sickness whereas in Madinah. She was seen sleeping within the bus throughout Ziyara (visitation to historical sites). whereas Afolabi joined the opposite pilgrims to a number of the sites, at alternative sites, she Sitted   within the bus.

It was learnt that the eight hour drive from Madinah to Makkah last weekday took a toll on her.

Afolabi told the Nation  that she slept within the Makkan Holy house of God (Masjid Haram) when the Umrah exercise to have interaction in another acts of worship.

According to a caregiver connected to the Lagos State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (LSMPWB), Dr Abideen Aro, Afolabi had symptoms like fever, headache, loss of appetency and weakness.

Dr Aro, who is functioning in Lagos State Accident and Emergency Centre, said: “We have warned the pilgrims before going away African country to use anti-malarial medicine as bar. however sadly, in her case, she didn’t use the drug thanks to oversight.

Amirul hadj Dr AbdulHakeem AbdulLateef visited visit her with some clerics, reassuring Afolabi of adequate care and offered a prayer for her.
